Patek Philippe ref. 5035R is among the first timepieces from the brand to offer an annual calendar complication which is displayed on the dial alongside a day register 24-hour indicator and a date display. These complications are built into the impressive calibre 315 movement which runs on self-winding technology. The ref. 5035R is the white dial and 18 karat rose gold variation displaying the time on an ivory dial via rose gold Roman hour markers and hands filled with lume plots. The case measures a modest 37mm in diameter and wears on a genuine Patek Philippe leather strap secured by a matching rose gold tang clasp.

Patek Philippe has been producing World Time watches since the 1930s with ref. 5230 coming to market in 2016.
