Breitling Navitimer 8 ref A17314 (2018) came to market under the guidance of Breitling’s then-new CEO Georges Kern in 2018. It takes its name from the Huit Aviation Department which was formed by Breitling nearly a century ago to produce onboard chronographs for pilots. “Huit” translates to “eight” in French. It features a design set inspired by vintage Breitling pilot’s watches such as the distinctive coin-edge bezel and spawned many fascinating variations including the Breitling A17314 for sale here.
