Omega De Ville X2 ref 7813.50.31 is an art deco masterpiece released in the early 2000s as an extension of an earlier Omega Museum Collection. It’s a neo-vintage watch that is seemingly inspired by vintage model CK 3903 with a near-identical case shape and a modern 50-meter depth rating. Previous models from the early 2000s capsule were only available in precious metal making the stainless steel model for sale here today particularly attractive for passionate Omega collectors. The case is relatively large measuring 35mm x 35mm. It features unique triangular-shaped lugs with a very approachable 20mm width. Of course there’s also the distinctive radial dial decorated with large Roman numerals a curious “X2” instead of “XII ” and a big date complication. Instead of a traditional 1-31 date wheel this model features two date wheels an outer 0-9 Arabic wheel encircling a smaller I – III Roman numeral wheel.
