Breitling Superocean ref A17376211C1A1 (2022) is inspired by the original 1960s Slow Motion which was developed by the brand for scuba diving. The concept was simple: make the watch as legible as possible underwater by equipping it with a high-contrast minute ring and large luminescent hour markers and hands. Today the modern Superocean carries on that concept by displaying the time with similar square-shaped hour markers chunky paddle-shaped hands and vibrant Super-LumiNova. It also sports a similar contrasting minute ring. Ref. A17376211C1A1 is a very desirable black and white edition of the series. The dial and bezel are in sharp black broken up by a contrasting white 60-minute ring. It measures 44mm in diameter and features durable stainless steel scratch-resistant sapphire and water resistance up to 300 meters.
