Cartier Tank Americaine ref WB701851 has a longer more dramatically curved case than the original Tank model giving it a noticeably different aesthetic while honoring the collection's enduring Renault tank-inspired design codes. Like every sub-model the brancards that flank either side of the case extend outwards to form the lugs. However on this model they are encrusted with glittering diamond brilliants. This model also sports the famous Cartier Roman numeral dial with word-shaped hands and a black chemin de fer minute track. What makes this model particularly collection-worthy are the diamond elements lustrous white gold finish and feminine pink leather strap.
