Rolex GMT-Master ref 16700 (1995) was developed as a dual-time tool watch. By reading the arrow hand against the 24-hour bi-directional rotatable bezel the wearer can keep track of both home and local time simultaneously. Ref. 16700 is the last of the GMT Master references before it was discontinued and replaced by the GMT Master II. It's a prized collector's item for its nostalgic design set and its place in Rolex history.
