It features a similar case shape as the Nautilus including an octagonal bezel but with a "Tropical" rubber strap and a square motif on the dial. Ref. 5164A is a travel time model with two pushers on the left side of the case - the top pusher advances the hour hand while the bottom pusher moves it back allowing the wearer to sync with local time effortlessly.
