Patek Philippe Grand Complications ref 5320G-011 (2024) debuted in 2017 but draws much inspiration from mid-century Pateks featuring a similar case design and vintage-inspired syringe-style hands. Even the moon phase is reminiscent of models produced during that era. Ref. 5320G-011 is a rose-gilt opaline dial variant of the white gold Patek released in 2022 and featuring a similar dial layout as the original cream-dial 2017 model. White gold applied luminescent Arabic hour markers are topped with tiny dots. The dial also features two small windows on either side of the Moon Phase to indicate day and night hours. The calendar displays are arranged similarly to 1940s Patek Philippe watches featuring two windows below 12 o'clock for the day of the week and the month and a date circling the Moon Phase indicator.

Patek Philippe Complications ref  5110G-001 features one of the brand's most intriguing complications cased in lustrous white gold.  Powered by the caliber 240 HU the World Time features two centrally-mounted hands surrounded by a 24-scale to indicate each of the world's 24 time zones (at the time of its production in the early 2000s) conveniently printed around the dial's perimeter.  Sun and Moon indicators on either side of the 24-hour scale distinguish between AM and PM hours. Furthermore the wearer can adjust the 24-hour scale to set their reference time by pressing the sleek pusher at 10 o'clock.  In true Patek fashion the watch is a masterpiece through and through.  The dial features a radiant guilloche pattern and is decorated with elegant gold hands and delicate white gold applied indices.

Patek Philippe Complications ref 5170G-001 (2014) hails from the collection initially released in 2010 in yellow gold. Ref. 5170G-001 joined the lineup in 2013 introducing the 5170 to a white gold case and striking white gold Arabic numerals. The silver dial is really quite extraordinary featuring a handsome matte finish recessed sub-dials and applied white gold Breguet-style hour markers. A pulsations scale circles the dial and works alongside the chronograph function to assist the wearer in measuring a patient's pulse. The 39mm case is dressed in solid white gold and features sleek polished and satin rectangular side pushers a domed and vertical bezel and scratch-resistant sapphire. This model wears on a remarkable leather strap secured by Patek's Calatrava cross clasp.

Patek Philippe Complications Annual Calendar ref 5146G-001 (2016). Patek Philippe developed the annual calendar complication in 1996. It has since become a pillar of the brand's catalog appearing on the Patek 5146G-001 for sale here today. This watch is elegant yet practical and transcends time and fashion. Although this Patek is discontinued you can add it to your collection right now in excellent condition. Features include the date for months with 30 and 31 days which only needs to be adjusted once per year at the end of February. Compare that to the regular Patek calendar which needs to be adjusted 5 times a year and the Perpetual calendar which never needs to be adjusted at all. It's an ingenious complication that will marvel you year after year.
